Clean, mount, check

  1. Clean the glass

    Wipe the glass and all four suction cups clean and dry so each cup can seal against the smooth surface.

  2. Mount the frame

    Press the two lower cups and the two cable cups firmly onto the glass, then hook the cables to the tube frame.

  3. Check before each use

    Press on the frame by hand and re-seat any suction cup that has lifted before your cat climbs on.

Before you mount it

Use it on a smooth, flat pane of clean glass that is large enough for all four suction cups: two at the frame and two about 26.4 in (67 cm) higher for the cables. Textured, tinted-film, cracked or very cold glass is not suitable.

Clean the glass and the suction cups, press each cup firmly in place and attach the frame and the two support cables. Let it settle before your cat uses it, and press on the frame by hand to check that every cup holds.

Check all four suction cups before your cat uses the hammock, and especially after temperature changes. Re-clean and re-press any cup that has lifted, or swap it for one of the two spare cups.

Remove the fabric cover from the frame. The listing names hand or machine washing; use a gentle cycle and let the cover air-dry fully before putting it back on the frame.

Due to state rules on certain textile products, this item cannot be shipped to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington.
