The muzzle has black nylon webbing, a padded nose section, and a plastic buckle. It also includes a metal D-ring. The nose loop and neck strap both adjust.

Use this strap muzzle only for brief, directly supervised handling. It can restrict mouth opening, so avoid exercise, hot weather and extended wear.

Check both straps, the buckle and the nose section. Never tighten the loop to hold your dog's mouth shut. Remove the muzzle for drinking or if your dog shows discomfort or difficulty breathing.

Let your dog investigate the muzzle without fastening it first. Reward voluntary interest, and introduce contact gradually. Stop if your dog resists or shows discomfort. Never leave your dog unattended while wearing it.
