Simple & Effective

Set the Scene for Your Dog

  1. Choose your dog's spot

Open the eight panels into an octagon on a level surface. Leave space around the full-height door so your dog can approach without squeezing past furniture.

  2. Complete the covered space

Fit the floor mat and zip-open cover according to the included directions. Check the setup before inviting your dog into their new space at home.

  3. Introduce, then refresh

Guide your dog through the full-height door for a supervised introduction. Wipe the mat after use so their dedicated space is ready for next time.

Before You Make Room

This playpen includes eight foldable metal panels with a full-height door. A 600D Oxford fabric floor mat and zip-open top cover complete the space. Half of the top cover is mesh.

Each panel measures 24 inches wide and 30 inches high. The eight panels form an octagon. These are panel measurements, not the assembled playpen's overall footprint.

Consider your dog's height, movement, and climbing habits alongside the 30-inch panel height. Your dog needs room to stand, turn, and lie comfortably. An assembled footprint and dog weight limit are not provided.

No. The full-height door provides a walk-through entrance. Guide your dog through the door rather than lifting them over the panels.

The 600D Oxford fabric floor mat wipes clean. Follow the included care directions for cleaning products and drying. Machine-washing instructions are not provided.

Orders ship from US warehouses within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Orders of $79 or more ship free; smaller orders ship for a flat $4.99.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please request a return authorization before sending anything back; return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Details are in our Refund Policy.
