Our Facebook and Instagram app
We use a private Meta app, “Orbly Publisher”, only to publish posts to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account (@shoporbly) and to read reactions and comments on those posts. The app does not offer Facebook Login to customers or visitors and does not collect your Facebook or Instagram login or profile data. If you comment on our posts, we may read and keep the comment together with your public username so we can respond.
How to request deletion
- Email support.orbly@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
- Tell us what you would like deleted (for example order details, newsletter data, or comments and usernames from Facebook or Instagram). If your request concerns social media, include your Facebook or Instagram username.
- We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your request. We will respond within the periods required by law and confirm when your data has been deleted. Some records (for example tax and accounting records for orders) must be kept for the period required by law.
You can also delete your own comments on Facebook or Instagram at any time. For all of your privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy (sections 11 and 12).
